![]() my early picks on ROMA
noway Roma gonna lose.. Former Roma boss Carlo Mazzone returns to the Olimpico, as Roma seek revenge for that 3-1 defeat back in Week 4. The Giallorossi have managed to get their season back on track in recent weeks, with Luigi Del Neri putting together a decent run which has seen Roma rise to sixth in the table. Mazzone’s Bologna have also got over their poor patch, with a confident 3-1 win against Parma on Wednesday ensuring they are unbeaten in seven – including five victories. Going into this game, Roma are missing Cristian Chivu and Damiano Tommasi through injury, whilst Matteo Ferrari is suspended, so youth team product Scurto steps into defence. Bologna still have Mourad Meghni, Giacomo Cipriani and Fabrizio Ferron in the treatment room – but it hasn’t stopped them in recent weeks and gives January signing Marco Ferrante his second start for the club. Roma (probable): Zotti, Scurto, Mexes, Dellas, Mancini, De Rossi, Dacourt, Totti, Montella, Cassano Bologna (probable): Pagliuca, Nastase, Torrisi, Juarez, Sussi, Zagorakis, Giunti, Colucci, Locatelli, Bellucci, Ferrante ROMA ![]() ![]() |
